Practicing the Fruits of the Spirit (to understand the context here it's recommended that you listen to the sermons 4/28 & 5/5):

Love – Put others first, Ask “How can I help?”

Joy – Act your way into feeling

Peace – Forgive and speak to someone with whom you are in a hurting relationship

Patience – Be quiet…don’t complain

Loving Kindness– Do more than what’s comfortable for you

Goodness– Give the absolute best you can

Faithfulness – Choose to be thorough and consistent

Gentleness– Ask the question “Will this cause brokenness?”

Self Control – avoid convenience…avoid the slippery slope
